My favorite podcast host. An incredibly loving, intelligent, and passionate human being who believes in the human potential for good. Watching Lex, you’ll learn what humility and love look like as he interviews his guests from all walks of life.

My favorite thought leader. Africa’s personal journey, and the lessons of integrity and character she’s drawn from it, make her an inspiring and powerful human. You’ll learn what radical honesty and courage look like, and better yet - how to embody those qualities yourself.

Africa Brooke

My favorite modern “philosopher”. Fun, unpredictable, and authentic, Salome is quick to understand and name the underlying psychological trends in our culture. Watching Salome, you’ll be challenged to think outside the box and examine where your own heart lies amidst the ever-changing currents of modern society.

Salome Sibonex

Charles is an incredibly insightful, articulate, and wise person who names where he thinks our world is heading as a collective. Deeply in touch with his own soul and the "collective consciousness", he brings incredible insight and compassion to complex and challenging topics.

Charles Eisenstein

A shining example of a heart-led man. While he’s formally a “men’s coach”, he discusses topics that apply broadly to all people, and provides practical tools on how to become a self-led man. Listening to Connor feels effortless because his character and heart live on the surface of who he is.

A former monk who emanates kindness, Cory shares short, 1-5 line insights on the soul, finding peace, & developing more presence. You’ll find inner clarity and release reading Cory’s content. Pro tip - sign up for his daily texts!

Genny Rumancik shares empowering and clarifying insights that get to the root of our emotional experiences. If you’re looking to develop more emotional intelligence and self-awareness, this is a great person to follow.

About Me

why this matters to me.
Hi, I'm Chris 👋🏽
I'm a former restorative justice practitioner of four years with a passion for understanding people.
I built a van and travel to different cities to meet new people, play music,
and tell stories.
My goal is to share content that connects with people of all backgrounds and ignites curiosity, compassion, and clarity.
"My humanity is caught up, is inextricably bound up, in what is yours."
- Desmond Tutu
Before radio, television, and social media, we relied on conversation for connection.
Stories, truth telling, and listening.
There’s something ancient and powerful in speaking face-to-face with another person:
Seeing their expressions, hearing their tone of voice, feeling what they feel.
In that process, we learn to connect. We realize who we are.
found humanity is about returning to a simple and pure form of connection.
It’s about listening and learning from others. It's about radical honesty.
It’s about discovering genuine curiosity and compassion.
It’s about gaining more clarity about what matters to us.
Most of all, it’s about becoming the kind of person who
finds humanity in yourself and all people.
